Stir Fry with Buttons
Instructor Notes:
Introduction
STEM From Dance instructors created a routine to the song "Stir Fry," featuring LED strips on their torsos and knees. Drawing inspiration from the STEP dance style, they used sharp, rhythmic movements to trigger sensor-based state changes with buttons, switching the lights between purple and yellow in sync with the choreography.

LED strips are placed around their knees and across their torso and secured with pieces of velcro so they don’t move around as much when dancing.
Buttons are placed on both their knees. When the dancer taps it, the LEDs switch from purple to yellow. The buttons are also secured with tape and pieces of velcro. The velcro is attached to the back of the buttons so that the buttons can be easily accessible.
